CLOUD & DEVOPS
Cloud DevOps services that keep releases and costs in view
Our cloud DevOps services move, run and automate your infrastructure so releases ship on schedule and bills stay predictable. One team plans the migration, builds the pipelines and stays on to keep production healthy.
Cloud Readiness Review
- Inventory of workloads, dependencies and current monthly spend
- Improvement or migration plan ranked by risk and payback
- Target architecture with a running-cost estimate
OVERVIEW
Cloud DevOps services with one accountable team
Most cloud problems start in the gaps between the people who migrate, the people who build pipelines and the people on call. We close those gaps. The engineers who plan your move also write the automation and stay to run it, whether you use one provider or need hybrid cloud solutions.
SERVICES IN THIS PRACTICE
From first move to daily running
Cloud Migration
Move applications and data to AWS, Azure or Google Cloud in planned waves, each with a tested rollback and an agreed cost target.
Explore Cloud MigrationManaged Cloud Services
We monitor, patch, secure and tune your cloud estate, with monthly reports on spend, incidents and every change we made.
Explore Managed Cloud ServicesDevOps Consulting
CI/CD pipelines, automated tests and release practices that let your team ship small changes often, without weekend deployments.
Explore DevOps ConsultingSite Reliability Engineering
Service level objectives, alerting and incident routines that tell you when users are struggling before the support tickets arrive.
Explore Site Reliability EngineeringInfrastructure as Code
Every server, network and permission defined in reviewed code, so environments are repeatable and recovery means rerunning a tested script.
Explore Infrastructure as CodeCloud Cost Control
Spend reviews across your cloud infrastructure covering tags, instance sizes and reserved capacity, so you see where money goes and cut what sits idle.
USE CASES
Where teams bring us in
Data centre lease ending
Your hosting contract ends in nine months. We plan migration waves, move workloads in order and retire the old racks on schedule.
Manufacturer with plant servers
A manufacturer runs ERP and shop-floor systems on ageing local servers. We move what suits the cloud and keep latency-sensitive systems on site.
Manual deploys every Friday
Releases need two engineers and a free evening. We build pipelines and checks so any developer can ship safely during working hours.
Cloud bill doubled
Spend has grown faster than customers. We find idle resources, oversized instances and missing tags, then put spending guardrails into code.
HOW WE DELIVER
Five gates. You sign each one.
Every Cloud & DevOps engagement runs on PRISM OS. Nothing moves to the next phase until you approve the evidence.

WHY SMARTX
Why SmartX for Cloud & DevOps
Migrate and run, one team
The engineers who move your workloads also run them afterwards, so nothing gets lost in a handover document.
Cost targets you sign
Each migration wave and pipeline change has a cost target agreed at the Plan gate and checked again at every later gate.
Everything in code
Infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and alerts live in your repositories. You own them, and any capable team can pick them up later.
Proof from a SaaS founder
The founder of Spoors Technologies, a field management SaaS company, credits us with appreciable knowledge of cloud, DevOps, application development and modernisation.
TOOLS WE USE
The stack, chosen per problem

Choose how we work together
Every model keeps the same signed gates, fixed milestones and full code ownership.
Gated delivery pod
A senior pod owns the outcome from Problem Brief to production, priced per gate so you can stop at any signature.
Dedicated engineers
Engineers who join your team and sprints, with PRISM briefs and evidence reviews added on top of your process.
PRISM OPS retainer
Hosting, security and a monthly improvement budget, run by the same engineers who built the system.

FAQ
Questions before you book
Not covered here? Ask on the call.
Which cloud providers do you work with?
We work with AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, and with setups that keep some systems on premises. We recommend a provider based on your workloads, existing contracts, data residency needs and team skills. If staying where you are is cheaper and safer, we will tell you.
Do you only work with IT companies?
No. Alongside software companies, we help law firms, CA and audit practices, manufacturers and startups whose systems have outgrown a single server or an unmanaged cloud account. The work follows the same pattern: plan, move, automate, then keep it running.
Who owns the infrastructure code?
You do. Terraform modules, pipeline definitions, runbooks and decision records sit in your repositories from day one. At handover you hold everything needed to run the estate yourself, with us under PRISM OPS, or with another partner.
How do we get started?
Book a free 30-minute discovery call. If there is a fit, most clients start with a two-week Cloud Readiness Review that inventories workloads and spend and ends with a ranked plan you can carry out with us or on your own.
