MANUFACTURING
Manufacturing software development from plant floor to office
Our manufacturing software development connects machines, quality checks, orders and people. We start with the manual step that costs you most, prove a fix in weeks and keep production running while we build.
THE CHALLENGE
Problems we hear from manufacturers
You do not need a large smart factory budget to fix a stubborn bottleneck. We work with small and mid-sized manufacturers, start with data you already have, and add sensors or AI only where the numbers justify it.
Paper quality records
Inspection results live on paper or in spreadsheets, so defects surface late and root-cause analysis takes days instead of hours.
Unplanned downtime
Machines fail without warning because nobody can see vibration, temperature or cycle data until it is too late to act.
Disconnected order flow
Orders arrive by email, phone and messaging apps, then get rekeyed into the ERP, causing errors and missed delivery dates.
No live production view
Managers wait for end-of-shift reports to learn output, scrap and OEE, so problems get fixed a full day late.
WHAT WE BUILD
What our manufacturing software development covers
Smart factory results sized for real plants
Machine data and IIoT
Connect PLCs and sensors through OPC UA or MQTT and stream cycle, energy and condition data to live views.
Explore Industrial IoTPredictive maintenance
Models that flag failing equipment early from vibration, temperature and run-hour data, with alerts your maintenance team trusts.
Explore AI EngineeringDigital quality checks
Tablet-based inspections, defect photos and automatic SPC charts that replace paper forms and speed up root-cause work.
Explore Custom Software DevelopmentOrder and ERP integration
Capture orders from email and portals, validate them and push clean records into your ERP without manual rekeying.
Explore Data EngineeringProduction dashboards
Shift, line and plant views of output, scrap and OEE that update every few minutes instead of every evening.
Explore Business IntelligencePlant network security
Segment OT networks, monitor connected devices and align your controls with IEC 62443 before you connect more machines.

Questions before you book
Not covered here? Ask on the call.
Do we need new machines or sensors to start?
Usually not. Most plants already hold useful machine data in PLCs, ERP records and inspection sheets. We start there. Sensors are added only where a gap blocks a decision, and the Research gate ends with a costed list you approve before anything is bought.
Will this disrupt production?
We plan every install and cutover around your shifts and maintenance windows. New systems run alongside current ones until your supervisors sign off. If a connection could affect a machine, we test it offline first and agree the plan with your maintenance lead.
Can you work with our existing ERP?
Yes. We connect to common ERPs such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle and Tally through their APIs or database exports. Where an ERP has no API, we agree a safe import route with your IT team and document it for your records.
What does a first project usually look like?
Often a two-week Data Readiness review followed by one focused build, such as a digital quality checklist or a live view for one line. You see results on a single line first, then decide whether to roll out further.
