What does an engagement usually look like?
Most start with a Discovery Sprint of two to three weeks. We interview stakeholders, review systems and spend, and finish with a signed Problem Brief and a costed roadmap. You can then carry out the plan with us, with another partner or on your own.
Why choose you over large IT consulting companies in India?
With a team of 45, the senior people in your workshops also deliver the work. Our co-founders bring decades of enterprise IT infrastructure, IT governance and ITSM experience, and one holds CGEIT and ITIL Expert credentials. Every decision is recorded at a gate you sign.
Do you only advise technology companies?
No. Much of our advisory work is for businesses where IT supports the core work, such as law firms, CA and audit practices, manufacturers and startups. We explain options in business terms and size plans to the team you have.
Will you push us towards custom software?
No. Buying or configuring an existing product is often the right answer, and we will say so. We recommend custom software only where it gives you a clear advantage or where nothing on the market fits your process.
