What is the difference between quality engineering and testing?
Testing checks software after it is built. Quality engineering builds checks into planning, code reviews and the release pipeline, so problems are prevented or caught within minutes. We do both, and the aim is fewer defects reaching testers at all.
Can you test software another team built?
Yes. Our application testing services start with the Quality Pilot, where we learn your critical journeys and stack, then automate inside your repository and CI. Your developers can run and extend the tests from day one, whoever wrote the original code.
What happens in the 5-day Quality Pilot?
We review the journey that matters most to your business, find the riskiest gaps, and automate a smoke suite that runs in your pipeline. On day five you get a defect report and a prioritised plan, and you decide whether to continue.
Which testing tools do you use?
We use what fits your stack: usually Playwright or Cypress for web, Appium for mobile, Postman for APIs, k6 or JMeter for load and OWASP ZAP for security scans. If you already have tools in place, we build on them.
