Is PRISM a replacement for Agile?
No. Agile runs the sprints inside each phase. PRISM decides when a phase is finished, with a document you sign. Teams that already work in Scrum keep their ceremonies and add five clear decision points.
Can PRISM work with our existing dev team?
Yes. Your engineers can build inside the gates while we run the briefs, evals and evidence reviews. Many clients start this way and bring more of the build in-house after the first product ships.
What does the warranty cover?
Defects against the signed acceptance criteria, for 60 days after go-live. New features and changes in scope are planned separately through the Evolve budget, so the warranty stays clear and enforceable.
