These terms of use ("terms") apply to your use of smartxtech.co and its pages, including the Demo Hub (together, the "website"). The website is run by SmartX Technologies Pvt Ltd ("SmartX", "we", "us"), whose head office is at #72, Royal Sunnyvale, Anekal Chandapur Road, Anekal, Bengaluru, Karnataka 562106, India.

By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

About these terms

These terms cover the website only. If you engage SmartX to provide services, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a master services agreement and statement of work. For those services, that agreement takes precedence over these terms.

Using the website

You may use the website to learn about SmartX and our services, contact us and try our demos, for your own or your organisation's business purposes. You must not:

• use the website in a way that breaks any law or regulation;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems or anyone else's data, or interfere with how the website works, for example by introducing malware or overloading it;
• use automated tools to scrape, copy or collect content or data from the website, other than search engines indexing it for public search results;
• send us spam, false information or content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes anyone's rights; or
• pretend to be another person or organisation.

We may suspend or restrict access to all or part of the website at any time.

Demo Hub

The demos on the website show example products using sample data. They are for evaluation only, may change or be withdrawn at any time, and are not a production service. Do not enter real personal, confidential or sensitive information into a demo: anything you enter may be visible to other people using the demo and is deleted when the demo is reset.

Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, software and the PRISM OS delivery method, belong to SmartX or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view, download and print pages for your own reference and share links to them. You must not otherwise copy, modify, republish or commercially use our content without our written permission.

The names and logos of SmartX and its products, including PRISM OS and AptPath, are our trade marks or trade names. Other names and logos shown on the website belong to their respective owners, and showing them does not mean those owners endorse SmartX beyond what is stated.

Information on the website

We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but its content is general information only. It is not professional, legal or technical advice for your situation. Descriptions of services, timelines, prices and results are indicative until they are confirmed in a written agreement. Case studies describe past work for specific clients, and your results may differ.

Enquiries and communications

When you send us an enquiry, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Sending an enquiry, booking a call or receiving a proposal does not create a contract between us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.

You agree to compensate SmartX for any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms by publishing an updated version on this page. The "last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. If you continue to use the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website, except that either of us may seek urgent relief in any court that has jurisdiction.

General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force. If we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the website.
