How is IIoT different from industrial automation?
Automation controls machines on the line. Industrial IoT collects data from those machines and systems, then turns it into dashboards, alerts and analysis for people. It sits alongside your PLCs and SCADA without replacing them, and adds visibility across lines, shifts and sites.
Do we need to replace our machines?
Rarely. Most machines can be connected through their existing controllers or with add-on sensors and retrofit gateways. We audit your equipment during the Research gate and tell you exactly what each machine needs before any hardware is bought.
Which IoT platform should we use?
We usually build on AWS IoT Core or Azure IoT Hub, depending on where your IT already runs, with open protocols like MQTT and OPC UA so you avoid lock-in. For smaller sites, a lighter self-hosted stack can make more sense.
Do you offer IoT consulting services before a build?
