PRISM training through AptPath
New engineers learn PRISM OS through AptPath, a separate SmartX business that verifies skills with real projects and mentor review. You practise each gate on a training product before joining a client team. Students who build verified projects through AptPath can use them in their application.

Do you hire freshers?
Yes, when we have the capacity to mentor them well. A graduate software engineer usually joins through AptPath, completing verified projects and PRISM training first. That gives you a real portfolio and gives us confidence you are ready for client work.
Are roles remote or in the office?
Most of our engineering jobs in Bengaluru are office-based, with some flexibility agreed per team. Client workshops and reviews often happen in person, and new engineers learn faster beside the people they work with. Each listing states its working pattern clearly.
Do you publish salaries?
We do not list salary figures on this page. Each job listing explains the role and level, and we share the full offer in writing after the final conversation. If pay expectations matter early, raise them in your first call and we will answer directly.
What will I learn in my first three months?
You learn PRISM OS by running each gate on a training product, then join a client team. Expect pairing with senior engineers, regular code reviews and your first demo at a fortnightly evidence review. By month three you should own a clear piece of a live product.
