SOLUTIONS FOR STARTUPS
MVP development services for startups
Our MVP development services take you from idea to working product without guesswork. You sign a problem brief, see a prototype on real data two weeks later, then launch a product whose code you own.
Discovery Sprint
- Signed Problem Brief
- Validated user journeys for your first users
- Frozen PRD-Lite with a build estimate
WHY IT MATTERS
MVP software development that starts with proof
Most failed MVPs build the wrong thing well. Startup Factory is our six-stage path for startup product development, from validating the idea to an enterprise-grade product, with evidence at every gate.
CAPABILITIES
Our MVP development services in six stages
Validation of the idea
We test the problem with real users before any build, so you commit money only to an idea with evidence behind it.
Project selection and planning
We pick the first product slice, plan it through the PRISM gates and freeze the scope in a PRD-Lite you sign.
Minimum viable product
A working prototype on your real data in two weeks, then a first release your early users can rely on.
Explore AI MVP and PoCProduct-market fit
We measure how users respond, then reshape features with you until the product earns steady use and paying customers.
Go-to-market and acceleration
SaaS product development for growth: billing, onboarding, analytics and the online presence that helps customers find you.
Explore Software & Product EngineeringEnterprise-grade product evolution
Security, reliability and architecture upgrades, with CTO as a service where you need it, so the product passes enterprise scrutiny.

WHY SMARTX
Why SmartX for Startups
Zero hand-offs
The engineers who build your prototype lead production, so nothing gets lost between a demo team and a delivery team.
You own everything
All code, decision records and datasets are yours from day one, which matters when investors run technical due diligence.
Evidence before spend
Each gate ends with something you can test, so you decide to continue, reshape or stop with real information.
Fortnightly evidence reviews
Every two weeks you see working software, test results and open risks in a short review with the engineers themselves.
TOOLS WE USE
The stack, chosen per problem
ENGAGEMENT MODELS
Choose how we work together
Every model keeps the same signed gates, fixed milestones and full code ownership.
Gated delivery pod
A senior pod owns the outcome from Problem Brief to production, priced per gate so you can stop at any signature.
Dedicated engineers
Engineers who join your team and sprints, with PRISM briefs and evidence reviews added on top of your process.
PRISM OPS retainer
Hosting, security and a monthly improvement budget, run by the same engineers who built the system.
SELECTED WORK
Evidence, not promises.

FAQ
Questions before you book
Not covered here? Ask on the call.
How long does MVP development take?
Plan on two to three weeks of discovery, two weeks to a working prototype, then four to six weeks for a typical MVP Build. Scope drives the final number. The Discovery Sprint ends with a frozen PRD-Lite, so the build estimate rests on signed detail.
What is Startup Factory?
Startup Factory is our six-stage path for founders: validation of the idea, project selection and planning, minimum viable product, product-market fit, go-to-market and acceleration, and enterprise-grade product evolution. You can join at the stage that fits, and every stage runs through signed PRISM gates.
Who owns the code and IP?
You do, completely. All code, decision records and datasets are yours, and the final gate includes a formal IP handover. After launch you get a 60-day written bug-fix warranty. There is no lock-in, so you can move the product to your own team whenever you choose.
What if the prototype shows the idea will not work?
Then we tell you. The prototype gate ends in a go, reshape or stop decision backed by an architecture and eval report. Stopping after four or five weeks costs far less than finding the same problem after a full build and launch.
Can you build a subscription product?
Yes. We build multi-tenant products with sign-up, roles, subscription billing, usage limits and admin tools. After launch, our product engineering services continue through PRISM OPS, so your first paying customers get a reliable experience as you grow.
