MEDIA AND TELECOM
Telecom software development and media platforms
Our telecom software development and media platform work covers subscriber systems, content workflows and usage analytics. We build for high volume, measure performance at every gate and keep you in control of code and data.
THE CHALLENGE
Pressures media and telecom teams face
Media and telecom systems handle millions of events and tight deadlines. We find the slowest manual step, prototype a fix on your real data and scale it only after the numbers hold.
Manual content operations
Tagging, clipping and publishing content by hand cannot keep up with daily volume across channels and formats.
Fragmented subscriber data
Billing, CRM and usage data live in separate stacks, so churn signals arrive after the customer has already left.
Support at scale
Contact centres repeat the same answers thousands of times a day while complex cases wait in the queue.
Ageing OSS and BSS
Legacy operations and billing systems slow every new plan, bundle or partner launch by several months.
WHAT WE BUILD

Questions before you book
Not covered here? Ask on the call.
Can your systems handle our volume?
We load-test against your real peak figures during the Stabilise gate, before launch. If a design cannot meet the target, we say so in the evidence review and fix it there. You see the test results and the measured headroom in writing.
Do you replace a whole OSS or BSS stack?
Rarely. We usually replace or wrap one module at a time, such as rating, provisioning or a self-service portal, and connect it through standard APIs. That keeps risk contained and lets you prove value before committing to a larger programme.
How do you handle content rights with AI?
AI only processes content you are licensed to use, inside your own cloud account. We log what each model touched and keep human approval on anything published. Rights metadata travels with each asset, so downstream teams know what they can reuse.
What is a good first project?
A two-week AI Jumpstart on one workflow, such as tagging archive footage or answering common billing queries. You get a working prototype, measured accuracy and a clear cost estimate, which makes the decision to scale much easier.
