What is the difference between a PoC, a pilot and an MVP?
A PoC answers whether something can work on your data. A pilot puts it in front of a small group of real users. An MVP is the smallest version you can launch and support. We can take you through all three.
What do you need from us to start?
A named owner, one clear question, and access to a representative data sample, usually a few hundred to a few thousand records. We sign data handling terms first and can work inside your own cloud account if needed.
Is a working PoC better than a written study?
For most decisions, yes. An AI feasibility study usually ends with a report and opinions. Ours ends with working software and measured results, so the go or stop decision rests on evidence from your own data.
What happens after a go decision?
We move into MVP Build, usually four to six weeks, with the same engineers. You get fortnightly evidence reviews, a three-click UAT sign-off, and full IP handover with a 60-day written bug-fix warranty after launch.
