SECURITY CONSULTING
Cybersecurity consulting that ends in a plan you can finish
Our cybersecurity consulting finds the weaknesses that matter in your systems, people and suppliers, then gives you a ranked plan to fix them. Every finding comes with an owner, an effort estimate and a deadline.
Security Risk Review
- Asset and exposure inventory across cloud, devices and applications
- Ranked risk register with likelihood, impact and owners
- Ninety-day remediation plan with effort estimates
WHY IT MATTERS
Cybersecurity consulting built around your business risks
Long audit reports with hundreds of findings rarely get fixed. Our cybersecurity consulting services start with a security risk assessment of what you hold and who would want it. We then focus effort on the few changes that remove the most risk.
CAPABILITIES
What our consultants deliver
Risk assessment
We map critical assets, threats and existing controls, then score each risk by likelihood and business impact in a register you keep.
Application and network testing
Penetration testing of web apps, APIs, networks and cloud accounts, with a retest once your team has applied the fixes.
Cloud configuration review
A cloud security assessment of identity, storage, network and logging settings across your AWS, Azure or Google Cloud accounts.
Architecture review
Design reviews of new systems before they are built, catching weak trust boundaries and risky data flows while changes are still cheap.
Third-party risk
Supplier reviews that show which partners can reach your data and what they must prove to keep that access.
Security strategy
Information security consulting for leadership: a one-year roadmap, budget priorities and the policies needed to support them.
USE CASES
Typical engagements
CA firm with client financials
An audit practice stores client financial records and tax data. We assess access, email security and device controls, then close the gaps.
Review before launch
A new product goes live next month. We review the architecture and test the application before real customer data arrives.
After a phishing incident
A staff account was compromised. We find how far access spread, close those paths and strengthen email and identity controls.
Enterprise deal on hold
A large prospect requires an independent test report. We test, help you fix what we find and provide a retest summary.

FAQ
Questions before you book
Not covered here? Ask on the call.
How is a risk assessment different from a penetration test?
A risk assessment looks across your business: assets, people, suppliers, processes and controls, and ranks what could hurt you most. A penetration test checks specific systems by attempting real attacks. Most clients need the assessment first, so testing effort goes where risk is highest.
Will testing disrupt our systems?
We agree rules of engagement at the Plan gate, including timing, systems in scope and anything off limits. Risky tests run in low-traffic windows or against staging copies. A named contact on your side can pause testing at any point.
What do we receive at the end?
An executive summary, a ranked risk register, detailed technical findings with reproduction steps and a ninety-day remediation plan. After your team applies fixes, we retest and issue an updated summary you can share with customers or insurers.
Can you help fix what you find?
Yes. Our engineers can implement fixes alongside your team, or you can handle them yourself using our guidance. Either way, every fix is retested before the finding is marked closed in your register.
