PARTNERS
Technology partners and programmes
Our technology partners and programmes give our engineers training, support and access on the platforms your product runs on. We take part in AWS, Google Cloud, NVIDIA Inception, Meta Tech Provider and Infosys Springboard.
How we choose technology partners
We join programmes that make your project better: credits for prototypes, technical support when something breaks and training for our engineers. We stay platform-neutral and recommend whichever stack fits your problem, budget and team.
Programmes we belong to
Each programme gives us something specific. Here is what each one offers in general terms.
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
A cloud partner programme that gives member firms technical enablement, architecture guidance and support for building on AWS.
Google Cloud
Google Cloud's partner programme, which offers training paths, technical resources and support for firms building on its platform.
NVIDIA Inception
NVIDIA's programme for AI-focused companies, offering technical resources, training and access to its GPU and AI computing ecosystem.
Meta Tech Provider
Meta's arrangement that lets developers build on its platform APIs, such as WhatsApp Business messaging, for client businesses.
Infosys Springboard
A digital learning platform from Infosys offering skills courses and certificates, used to train engineers and students at scale.
What a programme badge tells you
A programme membership shows access and training. Delivery quality is proven elsewhere: in signed PRISM gates, eval reports and the evidence reviews you see every fortnight.
Ask us for evidence
Programme membership can be checked. Ask on your discovery call and we will show current evidence for any programme listed here. This page describes membership only and makes no claim about level or tier.
Becoming a SmartX partner
If you run a platform, college programme or services firm and want to work with us, tell us what you offer and which clients you serve. We look for partners who make client projects measurably better.
FAQ
Questions before you book
Not covered here? Ask on the call.
Are you an AWS or Google Cloud partner?
We take part in both the AWS and Google Cloud partner programmes, which give our engineers training and support on each platform. We still recommend whichever cloud best fits your needs and budget, and the reasons go into a decision record you sign.
Do partner programmes affect what you recommend?
No. Credits and support are useful, but your architecture decision rests on cost, skills, compliance and fit. We write the reasons into a decision record during the Research gate, and you sign it. You can question any recommendation before work continues.
Can partner credits lower my project cost?
Sometimes. Some cloud and AI programmes offer credits for qualifying prototypes or startups. Eligibility depends on the programme and on your company, so we check it during discovery and never build an estimate that relies on credits you have not yet received.
How do I propose a partnership?
Use the contact page and tell us what you offer, who your customers are and how you see the fit. We look for partners who make client projects measurably better, and we reply to every serious proposal within a reasonable time.
